Overall satisfaction improves by 10%

Every other year, we measure the satisfaction of our global customers with our products and services according to various criteria. This gives us a very good insight into the experiences and expectations of our customers with Wipotec.

In the current customer satisfaction survey, around 3,800 customers from all business areas were invited to rate us. They had purchased our products or services in the previous 12 months. This time, we also achieved a high response rate (around 50%) from our international customers.

On the scale of 1 to 5 (best value) defined in advance, the final Customer Satisfaction Score was 4.2. This represents a strong improvement of around 10% on the last survey and is an incentive for us to improve on this result in the next survey. As an important result, our product quality and ability to innovate as well as the competence of our employees achieved very good scores. This shows us that our capabilities are being received by our customers in the best possible way. Service stands out as a highlight. With a satisfaction rate of > 89%, it also meets expectations: with a voted 1st place in importance.

However, despite the increase in satisfaction ratings, our customers see room for improvement in the areas of price level and delivery time, similar to two years ago. We are happy to accept this assessment, knowing that high-quality inspection technology has a certain price and that supply processes and chains are under pressure in the current global market environment.

In order to increase satisfaction, we will continue to improve our customer relationship management.The focus here is on measures to implement our services even more efficiently, continuous training measures to maintain a high level of expertise and a great deal of detailed work. 
The special customer feedback allows our employees to exchange information with our customers in an even more targeted manner.
