The modular design of the Traceable Quality System adapts to the very special requirements of applying serialized labels to small bottles or vials. The dedicated handling module steadily transports the glass containers through the process. At the same time, this is the basis for a consistent and reliable label application. The camera identifies wrong or faulty printed labels and allows the system to eject them before they are applied. Therefore, all products will receive correct labels, which reduces rework or even disposal due to wrong labeling to a minimum. Printer, camera and labeler are fully integrated into the holistic system. The result is that the operator only has to deal with one central user interface. Product changes, article setup and layout modifications thus become minimally error-prone and maximally user-friendly.
