The HC-A exemplifies highest weighing accuracy in dynamic weighing with a throughput of 500 pieces / minute. A double-guided "beak conveyor" takes over the stable and safe product transfer from the cartoner. Knife-edges at belt transitions ensure perfect product transfer on the checkweigher transport section. Products detected as having an incorrect weight are discharged from the small product stream by an electrically driven paddle without compressed air.
