In this video you can see a fully enclosed 4-lane checkweigher for small pots. A small star wheel provides the necessary gap between the products at the beginning to ensure precise weighing. The checkweigher is designed in such a way that there is enough space to retrofit an optical inspection system in the future. The individual weight measurements are displayed per lane on one HMI, and incorrectly weighted products are reliably rejected with air nozzles. The system guarantees efficient and precise control, which ensures high product quality.
